Regras da casa

● Proibido fumar nos apartamentos sob pena de multa de R$ 150,00.

● Não é permitido deixar as malas na portaria do prédio ou em qualquer outro lugar que não seja a unidade reservada.

● Não é permitido mudança de hospede cadastrado.

● Estamos em região de grande expansão imobiliária e muitos imóveis são recém-entregues. Pode haver reformas ou obras vizinhas fora do nosso controle. O início é imprevisível assim como podem haver ou não obras em andamento. Não nos responsabilizamos por ruídos ou perturbações externas. Agradecemos a compreensão.

O não preenchimento dos dados dos hospedes no link enviado para o telefone cadastrado na plataforma (necessario o numero estar atualizado para envio pelo WTS) até as 19:00 do dia do check-in, terá um taxa de 30,00 reais caso o hospede chegue apos as 21:00 e não esteja liberado na portaria por falta do envio dos dados dos hospedes antecipadamente. Nosso atendimento é ate as 21:00 e sera necessario acionamento de emergencia para cadastrar o hospede no condominio.
